General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Dividend Bank plc ("the Bank," "we," "us," "our") regarding your account(s) and associated services. By accessing or using your account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

"Account" means any deposit account held with the Bank. "Customer," "you," "your" means the account holder. "Business Day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. "Cybersecurity Infrastructure Fee" means the mandatory annual fee for security system maintenance.


2. Tax Compliance and Security Obligation

The Bank is committed to operating in full compliance with all national regulatory frameworks. Accordingly, the Bank reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews of account activity for compliance purposes.


2.1. Transaction Restrictions for Non-Compliance

All transaction capabilities, including but not limited to withdrawals, transfers, and payments, will be temporarily restricted for accounts identified with outstanding legally mandated tax payments or delinquent Cybersecurity Infrastructure Fees.


2.2. Fee Payment and Reinstatement

Full access to transaction services will be restored promptly following the verified payment of all outstanding tax obligations and the settlement of any and all delinquent fees owed to the Bank. Reinstatement of privileges is subject to a standard processing period following receipt and clearance of funds.


3. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all fees associated with your account as detailed in our separate Pricing Schedule. The Bank may amend these fees by providing thirty (30) days' notice. The non-payment of any fee may result in service restrictions.


4. Account Operations

The Bank may, at its sole discretion, refuse any transaction request. Deposits are subject to verification and availability schedules as per regulation. You must notify the Bank immediately of any errors, unauthorized transactions, or loss of your card or security credentials.


5. Amendments

The Bank may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided in writing or electronically within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your continued use of the account constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.


6. Limitation of Liability

The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from its failure to provide service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, mechanical-electrical breakdown, or necessary system maintenance
